Design of wallpaper for the campaign ”Support the Breasts 2008

Storm Design won the competition for Design of the Year for the campaign “Support the Breasts 2008”.

Julie Storm says: “My motive for drawing up the graphic design for “Support the Breasts 2008” to The Danish Cancer Society was definitely to support the good cause and the yearly fundraising in favour of women who are diagnosed with breast cancer. Unfortunately, statistics show that the disease affects 1 out of 9 women. Will it be me, my friend or my sister? We are all at risk of facing the challenge and having to keep our spirits up to fight the feared disease.”

“The breast ribbon was drawn as one consecutive ribbon, as a long motion symbolically showing 9 pair of breasts. A ribbon that in a logical way shows the associations and the strength that exist between us women.”
