The series of carving boards has been designed to try and solve a problem that is essentiel for many other carving boards.
Often one spills out the meat juice at the table because the rim is too small. Or the almounds is all over the table after cutting.
Or the salad does the same. The two edges at the board makes what you cut stay at its place.
And if you cut meat you can pour the juice out where the three surfaces meet.
The board is very easily to pour the juice from because it will run easy in the funnel-shaped end.
The carving board is made in oak. The grains direction emphasises the shape and in which direction to pour.
